We make sure everything agreed to is cleaned and ready for photos and showings.
Balance is Paid at Closing
If the balance hasn't been paid through closing within 60 days of your service date, we invoice you directly and the balance is due immediately. Our Terms and Conditions and your signed service agreement apply.

How does the title company pay you?
We coordinate with your realtor and title company so the balance is paid directly from your closing proceeds. You don't have to track it down yourself.
What if my home doesn't close within 60 days?
If the balance hasn't been paid through closing by day 60, we invoice you directly and it's due immediately. The same applies if your listing is withdrawn or expires before closing.
Are there other terms I should know about?
Yes. Your signed service agreement and our Terms and Conditions apply, including the consequences of late payment. Please read the agreement before you sign.
